Story to live by

He used to be the top student in class. He has been the most clever, smartest and scholastically perfect. He's always been focused on his studies. Thus, his classmates tagged him as a nerd. Naive, as he is, he often spends time in the library -- reading books, studying for the next lessons in the syllabus and answering all assignments for the day. He has no time to drop by a coffee shop nor spend few moment with classmates and friends to talk with some petty and nonsense things. For he believes that time is gold, and no single minute should be wasted futile. With these, he is always recognize for his excellence. The dean would make him an example for the rest of them. All praises on him...

Here's another guy, who is not too good, but manage to pass the curriculum. He is fond of cramming things up. He used to spend his time with friends -- roaming, watching movies and having parties. He's a happy-go-lucky guy. He often missed some important lectures and sometimes flunk a subject. Still, he's happy and secure for he has circle of friends ready to help and support him.

The two guys meet and they were old. The first guy is the finest, most respectable doctor in the country, while the second one is just a simple practicing doctor in a community. The former missed the times when he was young -- partying, dancing on the hippiest sound, having good times and building a bunch of friends. Her realized that he doesn't have any friend, only shelves of books always ready to be read on. The next guy still keeps on reading their books, making up for the leactures he never attended when he was in school. Nevertheless, he managed to arrive at correct diagnosis and treat a sick patient. But he is happy and contented for he has friends, trusted friends. Friends who will always be with him no matter what happens, until the day ends...

Friends are like wine,
Getting better through the turn of time.

Learning is important,
For one not to be ignorant.

The best thing,
Try to balance everything.

And not to forget,
To seek God's help.
